Opposing all social theories and school of thoughts in field of social science, arts and humanities propounding that the basic unit of the society is the family, the philosophy of system holds that the basic indivisible elements/unit of the society is the individual. The individual possessing specific identity and unique value peculiar to just him with a significant role and impact on the value of his individuality which other units be they individuals or institutions of society depends on to function is the basic unit of society
The individual is whole, he is complete, he is potent and capable to independently instigate and initiate actions that can enhance the optimal functionality of other units and likewise can deplete the functionality of other members and have a significant effect or impact on the goal of achieving continuity of the system in an optimal and healthy state of functionality
In all of mans waking hours throughout the entire course of his life, his ultimate purpose being an individual is to maximize happiness by ensuring the total expression of the unique value of his individuality for the effective functionality of other component members to achieve the purpose of the system. As the changeless core foundational structure of the system each individual has a place in the system which he has to grow to fit into in order to function effective in letting the unique value of his individuality find expression and giving values all other components depends on to function optimally
But in the course of living, the history we have studied and experience gathered we have seen many sacrificing the value of their individuality for course and reasons of much lesser values as defined by the philosophy of system. People choosing to bottle up and shut down the purest unadulterated self from finding expression to escape the misery of loneliness or signing up for intellectual abdication to be accepted by everyone else who have also failed in achieving the goal of true individuality succeeding in dragging him down to becoming like everyone else. The corrupted and adulterated individuals who are broken, altered and can't fit into the design place for their functionality having lost bearing are hovering around - all over society like a raging flood; seeking naive innocent individuals who they would swallow and end their Verge for true individuality. Establishing false and basesless standards of value that seeks to depleted the individuals self esteem which is the fuel required for individuality to thrive most profitably inorder to gain acceptance among they who ignorantly are killing it
They say if you are not married, if you are not in a relationship you are incomplete as an individual, that you cannot perform and after they have been able to swave many victims to their demonic doctrine you are now feeling awkward and left out and soon you surrender your goal of individuality putting your life on hold and searching for who you will never find as long as you abandon your individuality. After several years you realized too late how much of you, you have lost in being them. There was none who would complete you because they were never made to complete you but to complement you.
They hypocritically preach virtue of sacrifice to you as surrendering the joy you derive from being you by prematurely giving yourself to enrich others as you continue to depleted and depleted without self actualizing which is the hallmark in the pursuit of achieving individualism and denying reality system and its components the true value of your individuality to enhance their functionality. They forget that as a plant you are, and until you become a tree they are to invest and nurture you to individuality and reap your fruits but u foolishly also gave them the seed of your life to eat and you never became a tree. Education and all other processes should focus your eyes on the values which ate like the manures, sunlight water and fertilizer required to help u grow into a tree then you feed them all with your fruit
The standard to measure the value of any relationship, course, action, career, money spent, time spent in all matters of man life in all concerns is the degree to which it enhance his discovery of his individual uniqueness and develop it into value(which is the fruit )he can donate to all component members to enhance their functionality
The stages are always
Self awareness
Self realization
Self development
Self actualization
Until you get to the last it may just be that your act of sacrifice, your act of being scared of mockery and joining the flow compromisingly may just be giving your seed to brood of vipers to feast on and search for another grazing ground when you have been exhausted
