The irony of Job scarcity in an imperfect world (A metaphysical existential and sociological unraveling)

As you all know am an advocate for an ideal society structured around the philosophy of system. And in this ideal society which I am advocating for issues of job scarcity or unemployment is impossible or rather alien. Before we go into the topic in details a crucial background is needed to be established about the whole concept and idea of unemployment. So what is unemployment

Unemployment literarily and in vast diverse concept is interpreted to be a state where people who are willing and able to work can't find job more like a platform to channel their energy and skills in exchange for rewards which they use to obtain values on which their survival and happiness depends on. Unemployment means that the people are willing and they have the necessary skills and capacity and character to execute roles and functions but can't find those roles or functions to actually deploy their skills capacity and character on and this is a serious paradox in philosophical context. As at today, using Nigeria as a case study over 18% of the population that are within the working population are unemployed and the fundamental factor which drives other factor of production and determines the growth advancement or development of any institution nation or society is the labour - human resource and where this is not properly and adequately harnessed economic and social development is never going to be attained

If the universe in which we exist in the reality of our time which doesn't sync with definite design and structure of the universe which causes many issues people and other organisms that exist are suffering from and hindering them from being able to find and obtain values on which their life sustenance and happiness depends on suggests that there's problem and once there's a problem, it automatically offers equal opportunities and platform for anyone and everyone who decide to employ (offer) his abilities and skills to solve the problems, restore our current reality to the initial foundation definite design for the goal of achieving continuity of reality's system in a healthy and optimal state of functionality and consequently life sustenance and happiness for all entities existing within it (constitute or make up the universe).

It therefore is a paradox and contradiction in terms having established the above facts to have a problem of unemployment when reality state is far from the ideal - far from perfect - And may I tell you; even in a perfect system, (the ideal society which I proposed) the sustenance of that state for it to continue to function optimally and in a healthy state requires constant effort and activities of all entities in their specific roles to achieve hence if in a perfect society there are functions/roles offered as jobs for entities to employ their skills and values in order to sustain and maintain it, how be it that a dilapidating system not in sync with reality's design at a constant forward move to a system breakdown would have a problem of unemployment

Be that as it may, for any society, facing any issue of job scarcity or unemployment  can be linked among other to this two factors/elements as categorized under the philosophy of system value pillars

Individualism. That they are unique and the value of their uniqueness is indispensable to having the world problem tormenting all of humanity solved. So are not confident and focused on developing themselves to be a significant contribute to solving global problems

Cooperativism : People not respecting the values/potential of others and appreciate communal effort/contribution in solving global problems focusing first and primarily on what they will get forgetting that the law of nature is sowing first before reaping

Others could also be that the people living in those society haven't been able to identify the problems and or identified the dilapidated state of social system as a problem that needs to be resolved urgently

Or they are irresponsible and feel its left for some certain institutions or people to address

Or they see themselves (delusions) as too insignificant or not having what it takes to solve it

Or simply lazy and complacent needing to be breastfed choosing to live far below the magnanimous potential and dominion realm reality has placed him in hierarchy among other entities and organism that exist in reality.

In contemporary human society using Nigeria as a case study the only reason (which still doesn't leave victims as innocent) is that people are unemployable - not having the skill set required to execute and function in the available roles in the available jobs which finally boils down to education. As my quote states that "the rise and fall of a nation/society depends on the quality of her people and education is what determines that quality". In an ideal society the essence of education is to help the individual discover the fundamental nature/design of the universe he lives in , discover his own uniqueness, develop it and discover/develop means to deploy this uniqueness harnessing all the resources reality has made available to him in the environment to see that the functionality of the universe as a system is sustained in health and optimality. This means that so long as he lives on earth irrespective of the geographical location his unique value is an indispensable inclusion to achieve the goal of the system. This explain why some people make global impact across bothers , nations, cultures, professions and industries because they view life from a holistic perspective (philosophy) and those contributions are what has kept and sustained the universe and our lives in a rapidly evolving and complex society.

And when people have failed in this fundamental assignment they are devoid of the knowledge of who they are or what they can do which makes them settle for less and at best underemployed for the purpose of living to survive which is not ideally - in the ideal society people work for fulfillment for self actualization for living in optimal /total expression of their uniqueness and enjoy the euphoria of beholding a whole new beauty because of the colour their uniqueness has added to the portrait of existence.

Contemporary human society is going to continue to be faced with the problems of unemployment until they realize that nature that the universe is sovereign and must be adhered to in all policy development, social system design, political structure and institution establishment and until then will they make the most of her people, maximizing their potential and breaking into the realm of endless limitless profit of socioeconomic development and global community advancement.
