Because in contemporary society enough attention has not been given to those who define and set the standards for determining the values, goals and direction of a culture and tradition of people living in the society; so there is displacement among alternatives and choices are difficult to make because people can't get priorities right. Everyone wants to be rich, everyone is seeking and chasing after money, after possessions(women/men, properties, cars etc) people have lost their sense of reasoning to be driven by money. Women are blinded by what a man drives and blinded to what drives a man, seeking after money for acquiring possession, engaging in terrible acts,  compromising on code needed to preserve the purity of their uniqueness as an individual, and share display of low self esteem in surrendering their dignity. Life is a process of self sustaining and generating actions. For any living organism the possibility of the concept of life is the need to initiate and sustain a certain course of action in the mist of alternatives - if he chooses right, his life's furthers; if he chooses wrongly, his life faces threat of going out of it. if it does(chose the latter), its chemical elements remains but its life goes out of him. The reality/universe in which we exist in functions as a system characterized by flow of values from and to elements within it, exchange, transportation and circulation of values between and among entities existing within it in a well articulate harmonic frame work in order to sustain life and continuity of the system - if these exchange and flow of values as major activities ceases, life stops and the whole universe stops to function but still retain the chemical elements. As you all know am an advocate for an ideal society structured around the philosophy of system. And in this ideal society which I am advocating for issues of job scarcity or unemployment is impossible or rather alien. Before we go into the topic in details a crucial background is needed to be established about the whole concept and idea of unemployment.
